Arabic classes for adults (see below for classes for children)
Welcome to our small, friendly classes that focus on Palestinian dialect. Our classes have been going for years and the feedback is very good. The classes support the charity CADFA - find out more at CADFA.org
Since Covid, our main classes for adults have been going very well online and this continues. This year, in addition, we have a conversation class for adults on Thursdays at 7pm at the Cafe designed to provide speaking practice. Let us know if this is of interest to you.

A0 complete beginners Friday 5-6pm
A1 a step beyond A0 Sunday 10-11am

2023-24 Module dates:
We organise our usual classes in six-week modules – If the teacher is happy, you can join at any time but the usual joining time is the beginning of the module (set price for six lessons):

• Module (2) Fri 3rd Nov to Sun 10th Dec
• Module (3) Fri 5th Jan to Sun 11th Feb
• Module (4) Fri 17th Feb to Sun 25th Mar
• Module (5) Fri 12th Aug to Sun 19th May
• Module (6) Fri 31st May to Sun 7th July
In addition there may be a summer intensive course to be confirmed later in the year.

Class fees
Group classes level A, B (one hour per class)
• CADFA members* - £75 for 6-class module / Non-members £99 for 6-class module
Other group classes (one and a half hours per class)
• CADFA members* – £110 for 6-class module / Non-members - £140 for 6-class module

(2) Pay for your class here at least a week before your class starts using this link for ADULTS' CLASSES
(3) Important note on DELIVERY CHARGES - You don't need to pay delivery charges for Arabic classes! Our online shop is a bit misleading but please don't worry. Although a delivery charge os shown at first, after you put in your address you will be able to change to 'email delivery 'which is free.

AL BUSTAN - Arabic Stay and Play for babies and toddlers.
In person at Cafe Palestina on Tuesdays 11.30 to 1pm

RED GROUP - Fun and games in Arabic for children aged 3-6
Songs, games, fun in Arabic. This group encourages children to have fun using Arabic with other children.
In person group at Café Palestina 10.45 to 11.45 on Saturdays.

YELLOW GROUP - Kids’ Arabic class for children aged 6-8
A bit more formal but still fun! This group aims to help children enjoy the language and help them build their pride and confidence in communicating in Arabic through a variety of fun activities.
In person group at Café Palestina 12.00 to 1.00 on Saturdays.

GREEN GROUP - Children’s Arabic class online for children aged 7-12
12.00-1.00 on Sundays. Following our open day, we will decide whether this will be online (as it has been throughout Covid) or in person.
