Organic, hand-rolled Maftoul

Maftoul (meaning hand rolled in Arabic) is a traditional Palestinian staple, made from bulgur and whole wheat flour. It keeps a relatively firm texture after cooking, and combined with it's nutty taste, makes it a delicious alternative to other grains such as couscous or rice.

Delicious either hot with a cooked stew, or cold in a salad.
